Jason and his crew helped us with adjusting and shoring up the foundation of our historic home In Hico. They were extremely efficient, did not take as long as expected and even came in under expected budget. Everyone on the crew is professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.
We had Donald come to our house today to evaluate any needs for our foundation. He found we were all good and made a few recommendations to help the foundation. If you need an evaluation I highly recommend GLP. I promise you won't be disappointed.
We recently had our pier and beam foundation completely redone by GLP Foundation Repair. Our 1910 home needed all new piers, beams, and sill plates. GLP came out and accomplished the work very professionally and completely. Jason and his crew came over each day until the job was done. Reasonable cost. Highly recommend !
Great advise! GLP worked around my schedule to do an inspection when I was going to be out at the ranch. Donald communicated his expected arrival time and was a very knowledgeable and straightforward professional. He took the time to explain what he was measuring and how the readings aligned with the standards. Ultimately, the foundation opinion letter recommendation was to fix the drainage around the house so no repair was needed! Thanks for being honest and not scaring me into an unnecessary repair!
