Amazing staff. Started a 13 and ended up switching to a 7. They were helpful 100% of the way. 2 year process but I’m out ! Appreciate them for all the help and guidance. I highly recommend them !
I called to confirm my 3:00 PM appointment and was told it was scheduled for 2:30 PM instead. When I explained that I wouldn't be able to get there until 2:45 PM and asked if they had a 3:00 PM opening, the person on the phone said no. She immediately tried to rush me off the phone while I was still trying to ask questions. When I politely told her I would look for another firm since she was rushing me, she rudely snapped back, 'I’m not rushing you, obviously you don’t know how to schedule your calendar.' Flyer sent in the mail stated a free consultation and $25 to start. Nope. $930 to start. They even have the wrong address on their mailer. Extremely unprofessional.
