This company is fantastic. We had a broken pipe, with water spraying everywhere under mains pressure, and they got to us in less than half an hour, and made the repair in another half hour. Brilliant. And very helpful people too, from the plumber who did the work to the man who answerwd our phonecall
Glowzone are always incredibly helpful, professional and polite. They have been servicing my boiler for over 5 years now and are always on time and never leave any mess. They have performed gas safety tests, fitted a complete new boiler system (at a great price), and done several plumbing jobs in the kitchen and bathroom for me. They are my go-to plumbing and central heating company and I recommend them 100%. Absolutely know their stuff and are always happy to help.
Advised an engineer would be with me today between 10am & 12pm. Didn't show and didn't call. Unreliable company and would not recommend to others. I sent a text message at 12.07 and it wasn't until after then the engineer bothered to call. He was 20 mins away and as you know it would have been maybe 30 mins+ before he would actually be at mine. The response below is not completely accurate but the bottomline is they didn't arrive when they said they would and failed to communicate this.
