I recently had the Complete Lift & Lam Makeover including wax and tinting with Samantha, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. To begin with, there was no proper introduction or consultation. I understand I arrived slightly late due to access issues (the escalator was not working), but I still expected a brief discussion before starting the service.
