Had Ultherapy face + neck with Yuan and I’m honestly surprised how lifted everything looks already. The clinic has that clean, slightly cool luxury vibe, very calming. Her team was quiet but attentive, offered water right away. The treatment had some sharper spots but also moments that felt warm and soothing. Jawline looks tighter, neck smoother.
Tried the signature facial today and it feels amazing! The service is very professional, the products are clean and gentle on the skin, and the whole experience is incredibly relaxing. My skin feels refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably smoother after just one session. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I recently booked a facial in Ottawa with Ada and it exceeded my expectations. The clinic has a calm, luxurious vibe and the team is very attentive. My skin looks brighter, clearer, and more even—definitely one of the top skincare clinics in Ottawa
The main 3 disappoints are: 1. They record videos of customers during the service every time, which feels uncomfortable and intrusive. 2., The price is quite high, and it becomes even more expensive if you go through insurance. 3. During the treatment, staff frequently came in and out of the room, which was distracting. They also kept speaking Chinese, which made the whole experience feel even more interrupted and unprofessional.
Yuan is truly an artist! My filler injections turned out so natural and beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results!！！
