Had an amazing visit with Samantha today for my Botox touch up inhome appointment. She is so friendly and easy to chat with while her professionalism shines through as she performs her job flawlessly. Right from the get go, the consultation with the surgeon Dr. Borsuk, to the initial visit with Samantha ending with the complementary touch ups I always felt comfortable and confident that I was heading in the right direction. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my appointment with Samantha late the night before our scheduled appointment. Despite giving her a decent amount of notice, she was incredibly understanding and gracious when it came to responding and refunding my money. In an age where competition is fierce, the one thing (aside from the product or service itself) that sets companies apart is their customer service. In this case it was 5-star! Thanks again Samantha!
