Great customer service, she was polite and explained herself. Took her time and offered other services . I would recommend
First time going there. I asked for a clean up with wax. She accidentally waxed a chunk of my left eyebrow off towards the unibrow section. When i brought up how uneven they looked she said “thats just how your eyebrows are” as if im crazy. Ive had my eyebrows waxed dozens of times and this is genuinely the first time i left a place unhappy.
