DO NOT BUY!! I thought I was buying a “professional” device. I used the Lisse LED ultrasonic machine 4 times. I followed all cleaning protocol, it’s never been dropped or misused. I noticed that it was starting to become discolored. Contacted customer service, was told I needed to text a video to a cell phone number and someone would get back to me. I am writing this review because I literally just came from urgent care as a result of the pressure and stress from all the business and clients that I've lost after going through 16 months of hiatus due to the pandemic. I had to change the way in which I did business and chose Glownar aesthetics, as the company that I had hoped to help me get to the next level and all I can say is it has been a nightmare.
