I had an appointment scheduled with Danna Lopez. The day of Dana decided to cancel my appointment, she refused to refund my deposit (because of her policy I understand but I wasn't the one that cancelled or tried to reschedule THE DAY THAT I NEEDED THE SERVICE DONE), she also refused to apply the deposit to a future appointment. I recommend not using this salon, and Danna especially since they have no problem stealing your money when it's convenient for them.

Glow’n Beauty Bar is the best salon I have ever been too. They give excellent customer service and make sure their customers are their number 1 priority. The nail tech Deysi does an exceptional work as well as Heidy the lash tech. I would highly recommend for anyone to come to this salon. They make you feel comfortable and treat you with care. If you ever think of looking for a new salon to go GBB is the one !
