I have been using this agency for over a year to care for my father. Leslieann is very helpful. She goes above and beyond and ensures the aides are punctual and fulfilling their duties. My favorite part about the training was how detailed it was. The instructor was very nice and patient. Ms. Leslie broke down and helped me understand the course perfectly. In the lb we practiced making the bed hands on and working with a hoyer lift, all of the labs were fun and hands on and my fellow students enjoyed it as well.

I thought Glowing Hearts was on my side as a Caretaker for my Mom, but were not. Yes, my family is challenging, but when the challenges presented themselves, Leslie was insisted to stay. However, the moment the challenges made Glowing Hearts look suspect. Leslie and her Aide disappeared. My Mom ended up in the Hospital. My Mom nor myself received a phone call to see if my Mom was alright. They act like they care, but in actuality, they don't care at all.
