We have had amazing customer service from the people at Glowing Embers! From the first day of looking around, to our purchase and each cleaning since. A huge thank you to Glowing Embers for standing behind their products!! We've had our gas logs for a few years now. One of them was giving us some trouble, most likely a manufacturing issue, Kenny came straight out to the house determined the issue and was back at our house the next day with a new unit. It's working like a charm!!! They are efficient, provide clean work and stand behind their products. Thank Glowing Embers for keeping our logs burning.
