I was looking for a local company to help upgrade our property to pass its EICR - having worked with a different company to conduct the initial assessment they were proving slow and unresponsive/ useless to book in the remedial works. I finally reached out to Kalv and his team who took this over - not typically done, but they managed to decipher the original report and completed the job within days. I rarely write a Review, but I felt I must add my experience with Glowbolt. From my first phone call, I was given first class customer service. I was treated as a person, not a £ sign. I was given a full explanation of the work that was needed. The engineers that came to the house were polite and professional, they did a first class job, and left the house clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Glowbolt, a 5* experience. Thank you
