Booked an appt as a first time client and I purposely booked on a Thursday where the owner Kima would do my hair as it says on her booking site she doesn’t work M-W. But my confirmation email clearly said she was my stylist. Close to arrival I got a text saying the stylist is running 15 minutes late. I go in and place smells like trees.
