Have used them for a boiler service, a combi boiler quote and called out for when when our radiators stopped working. The service was prompt and we received a clear quote for parts needed (as it was an older boiler). They pointed out that some things may need replacing in the future but didn't pressure us at all for any unnecessary work. For the combi boiler quotation they were able to give a clear breakdown and communication was great throughout. Honest company with fair prices, highly recommend

In a nutshell 'AVOID' - I have a service contract with Domestic And General to maintain my central heating system. Subcontracted the annual service of my boiler to glow warm who showed up a couple of weeks ago on the correct day but when they were asked to wait 10 minutes for my son to vacate the room which is a bedroom as he works shiftwork the Contractor who had zero customer service skills was very rude and refused to wait 10 minutes therefore I had to reschedule it for today Thursday, the 22nd of July.
