In a nutshell 'AVOID' - I have a service contract with Domestic And General to maintain my central heating system. Subcontracted the annual service of my boiler to glow warm who showed up a couple of weeks ago on the correct day but when they were asked to wait 10 minutes for my son to vacate the room which is a bedroom as he works shiftwork the Contractor who had zero customer service skills was very rude and refused to wait 10 minutes therefore I had to reschedule it for today Thursday, the 22nd of July. Excellent installation and superb after sales support as always. There was a breakdown in my elderly mother’s house and Glowarm pulled out all the stops to put a new boiler in within 24 hours. Well done.
