The team here is wonderful from Alexa who greeted me at check in to Kristen performing procedures! Kristen is so knowledgeable and patient with explaining. Highly recommend
Even during what was clearly a busy day, every employee really made the time to make my first ever laser hair removal appointment quick and stress-free! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with all my questions answered and everyone was so sweet, polite, and helpful. Really good vibes. I feel so relieved that I chose to book here and am looking forward to coming back.
I did not have a good experience here after going three times. First time was fine, though they don’t offer military discount which is disappointing. Second time, I was feeling ill the day of my appointment so I called and asked to push to the following week. They wanted to charge me $150 for doing this, even though I just wanted to move it and did not want to cancel. I cannot recommend Dr. Ashley K Dimeola enough! From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell how much care and pride she puts into her work and her practice. She takes the time to really listen to my concerns. Explains every step, and make sure I'm comfortable throughout the process. I love that she never pushes unnecessary treatments- her focus is always on what will make me look and feel my best in a way that's subtle, fresh and tailored to me.
