I recently attended Glow Yoga's Restorative & Yin Yoga Advanced Teacher Training (9/27-9/19) where not only did we learn the Neurobiology, Anatomy, & Teaching Methodology behind both sides of the practice but we actually took classes along side the regular attending clients.
