Overall, this was a good experience for myself, another adult, and two kids. The guide and glow worm experience was very neat and informative. We checked in twenty minutes early as they request. Our tour did start a few minutes late. After the tour, we went to the gift shop to purchase something and the employee abruptly told us that the gift shop had closed for the day. I was disappointed with this as I was hoping to purchase a few things for my daughter to share with her class, as they are learning about worms at school.
The tour guide was so lovely and really catered towards making the experience enjoyable for young kids!
Overpriced
Girlfriend and I just finished the tour with Sachen, was well worth it
