We could not have done our wedding in DC without the help of Kristi and Missy at Glow Weddings and Events. From start to finish, they were organized, helped us think about the things were missing and were just wonderful humans. We unfortunately did not have the best experience with GLOW. The biggest issues were that they never provided the wedding party with the schedule that we spent many hours working with them on (one of the main deliverables), and then did very little to manage us, the wedding party, or the photographer on the actual day, creating several stressful scheduling snafus at the reception. I hired GLOW for day-of coordinating. They were great! Responsive, organized, and clearly very experienced with running this kind of event. They thought of things that I would’ve never planned for otherwise (clean up strategy, furniture turnover, etc.). Would recommend to my friends in a heartbeat.
The Glow Wedding Day Coordination package included so much more than just day-of services and was one of the best investments we made for our wedding day. Even before the 8-week mark, Kristi provided excellent advice about vendors, helping us find our florist and hair/make up team.
