Highly recommend! Insiyah and her staff were great. Insiyah was extremely informative, thorough, and professional for my consultation and procedure. She answered all my questions and had excellent customer care and service. Rituja was extremely helpful and friendly. She called the next day to check on how I was doing. I had never done this before and I had an amazing experience, thanks to Insiyah and Rituja. Thanks again!

Hydrafacial was just ok, I definitely won’t be coming back again and need to find another place. I was disappointed that there was *zero* consultation before or during my appointment. I paid extra for lymphatic massage, which I did not receive. Emily just sat there in silence during steam and while mask was setting - in every single other facial I’ve ever had in 20 years, the provider does some head/neck/hand massage or something during the “in between” times. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for a facial.

Glow Theory Dermatology Studio is truly exceptional! Insiyah is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure you feel confident in your journey. And Emily is hands down the best esthetician I’ve ever been to—her technique, attention to detail, and personalized approach make every treatment a great experience. My skin has never felt better! Highly recommend!

I had a great first experience. My doctor was absolutely amazing as far as explaining everything with very thorough detail to me, which made me very comfortable. I look forward to my next visit. I would definitely recommend Glow Theory to anyone interested this amazing experience!
