I booked a teeth whitening session with Kelly and I was very impressed with the results that she got me in just one session! About 4 shades lighterThe space was very comfortable and she kept checking on me to make sure I was alright. When I experienced slight pain due to my sensitive teeth, she immediately fixed it by applying a different solution. My favorite part is that the products and process were completely natural, which didn’t damage my enamel! Would highly recommend

Great energy class and it helped me move my body in a new and fun way! The location is perfect, it was really easy to find parking. Another plus was the open studio was really clean and it had a lot of refreshing natural light.

From the moment I sat down at LIT From Within and Ash and I started visiting...I felt peace. I knew I was in the right place to heal my mind, heart and soul. As well as working on healing the physical pain I have been struggling with for the past couple months. I am looking forward to my sessions in the Photon Genius Sauna to help illuminate the inflammation in my body. Thank you again for being so genuine!
