Ash at Kit From Within is incredible. The swing yoga is my absolute favorite. Her teaching style and pace is fantastic. I highly recommend.
I love Lit! I have sat in the vibration chair that totally calmed my nervous system down, I have done the light therapy and have done swing yoga. All the services have been amazing! I also used the venue for my birthday party and it was a great place to have my milestone bday! I recommend all the services and the venue for your next event!
We hosted our company Christmas party at LIT From Within this year and it was absolutely incredible. Ash was super helpful and accommodating, and the space was absolutely perfect. If you need a space for an event, give LIT a shot! Its right in downtown as well which is perfect! Thank you Ash!
