I can't say enough about Yolanda! I brought my friend in to have her wedding dress bustled, but, Yolanda, being the professional she is, explained to us that bustling wouldn't work because there wasn't enough fabric. Instead, she hemmed the front of the dress and allowed the back to gradually fall longer. The result was perfect. My friend was so happy and felt amazing.
