Gabby always gets the job done and gets it right! She is super attentive and listens to what I want to achieve. The shaping and tinting is always on point and bold. I get tons of compliments. I’m actually on my third lamination service. Laminating your brows also makes my brows look fuller than they are. I work in hospitality and deal with estheticians and small business owners regularly, so I'm used to warm, empathetic customer service, which made this experience especially disappointing. I had a Lymphatic Facial and Korean Lash Lift booked and needed to reschedule. Rachel did an amazing job! She was very professional, asked questions about my preference in shape and hair removal method. She has such a soft gentle touch! The studio was so cute, very clean and sanitary. I will definitely be returning...Im so glad to of found this little gem!
This was my first time here I did mapping and shaping as well as a clean up for eyebrows. Rachel was the person I booked my appointment for she explained everything on what she was going to do as well as what part of the eyebrows to focus on for growth. Really loved the experience definitely recommend and will be coming back.
