This was my first time having this procedure done, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at Viva Laser! Joy and her entire team were absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and so supportive throughout the whole process. I was very nervous at the beginning and honestly a little skeptical about the results, but after my very first session, I started noticing a difference. My skin felt smoother, and I was so impressed with the results! Joy and her team made me feel comfortable, cared for, a... read more

Mi experiencia en Viva Laser & Skin Inc. ha sido excelente Joy es una profesional increíble: muy amable, atenta y siempre se preocupa de que uno se sienta cómodo durante todo el tratamiento. I found Joissy after a lot of research when I lost my previous laser girl. I have to say Joissy is super professional and friendly. She shared a lot of information about laser hair removal that I didn’t even know before. She is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk which made the whole experience that much more easier and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back for my annual touch ups!

My last laser appointment with Joissy and she rushed my laser treatment because she was late like always. In the end I asked her to go over an area I wanted and she said no that it's "red", it's my last appointment and she is a owner of her business, she should do her best to make her client feel comfortable and feel satisfied with the treatment being payed for that is very expensive. She also said negative things to me about my relationship with my boyfriend. Definitely not someone I would recommend to get a service from!
