I was walking into Canadian tire in the Fort and decided to donate to Wounded Warriors Canada. Anyways, they gave me a coupon book (nice surprise!). Noticed the Glow Salon’s coupon was marked off. Looks like they removed their support. How… not nice of them. Honestly, not a lot people would use this type of coupon anyways. Bad look.
My fiance bought me a $100 gift certificate for my birthday. Unfortunately, due to a change in ownership my gift card is no longer valid. No notice was given to me that my giftcard would no longer be valid due to this change. This is poor communication and customer service. Do not recommend.
this place is so poorly organized, and ran unprofessionally. theres been 2 different owners in the last few months, and no one knows what they are doing! old staff who i went too and loved, kept disappearing. i guess i can see why, no one would want to work in such a disorganized place! safe yourself the disappointment and waste of money!
My friends took me here as a surprise for my birthday! I have never felt so pampered in my whole life. We got to enjoy a private party room, wine and snacks! I will absolutely be back and reccomend this to everyone! Thank you guys so much
