Excellent ! – Glow Salon and MedSpa is both posh and elegant, with a professional top notch staff. Their hair removal services are state of the art and I have had excellent results, and will most definitely continue to utilize the services of the owner, Sama Bukhari, and her knowledgeable staff. In addition to spectacular service, the salon also has a retail area offering the latest in fashions, gift items and my favorite, JEWELRY.
Great Salon and Spa – I bought a few groupons and have been going to Glow since March of last year. I have been nothing but thrilled with my services there. The staff has always been friendly and the salon is a very clean, relaxing atmosphere. I am very happy with the laser machine that they have and it doesn't seem to hurt as much as the others. GLOW-ing from ear to ear! – I just moved to the area and noticed Glow as I was driving down MacArthur. I stopped in due to a desperate need of new haircut and style. They were able to accomidate me immediatly and Brenda was my stylist. She was very professional and funny. She gave me a great trim and blow out. I was also impressed that the salon has a boutique side with cute dresses and jewlery at a great price. I highly recomend Glow and I will be back to see Brenda again.
Not Great – Indifferent staff and impossible to schedule as they seem to have run way too many specials. Can't get through on the phone, and when you can, they put you on hold for a very long time - so long I hung up. Underarm laser hair removal was very painful, but the technician didn't much care. I had to ask her a number of times to slow down a bit, so I had a chance to recover. Would not recommend this spa.
So glad to have found Glow I went in to Glow over the weekend for my very first laser brazilian appointment. I was very nervous as i have never even had a wax before. The salon is very pretty and modern. Definitely a good feel right when you walk in....and i couldn't help but be distracted by the clothes as well. After filling out my paperwork, Saima took me back for my treatment and she was very professional and sweet making me very comfortable before the procedure. Great Place! I have been a client at Glow for the past year and i have nothing but positive things to say about it. I cannot believe that people would go on and right such false, negative things about the salon or the owner. Yes they are busy and yes they have Groupon deals going on which do make the phone lines busy. But if i have called for my laser appt. and not been able to get thru the first time, it's NOT the end of the world! Most of the time i just get thru and get scheduled. Sad state of affairs and rude customer service at the desk What on earth is going on here? This salon has gone from halfway decent to really bad. First of all they have started a huge GROUPON campaign and it seems that if you are not a groupon customer, they don't need you. And the receptionist is rude and unprofessional as is the owner Saima. Great Experience @ Glow – I am very happy with my results with hair removal at Glow. I have had 4 sessions on my underarms and the results so far have been great. Hopefully i will be able to start my legs once the summer is over. I am actually surprised that people have written negative reviews. I've personally never had a problem getting thru on the phone or getting an appointment. Unable to handle volume of online deals – I signed up for laser hair removal, which should be spaced out every 5-6 weeks. However, the salon has run so many specials lately that they can't handle the volume and are now booking be every 2-3 months. I would NOT recommend any services that require regular follow-up because there's no consistency with their scheduling.

Laser hair removal is not just scheduled "5 to 6 week apart" but rather 4 to 12 weeks depending on the area.
