I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Adam Becker. He is kind, gentle, and truly takes his time with each patient. Dr Becker and his entire staff are the best!! Everyone is super nice, professional and really make me feel comfortable. Dr Becker is very detailed with information and does not encourage procedures he feels is not necessary. Let's be honest, there are doctors out there that just want that money. Dr. Becker and his office staff have been so nice the multiple times I’ve gone in. They’re so warming and always make me feel comfortable!
I filled out a form for more information, the receptionist, Ashley didn’t reach back out until 3-4 days later. She had such a horrible attitude asking “So what do you want” and demanding $150 for any information for an appointment over a month away. I understand paying for consultations, but I don’t understand how a business operates with such a mean, horrible receptionist. I wouldn’t trust these people with surgery or my face when they can’t even figure out how to provide good, timely customer service.
