I have seen Dr. Adaobi three times over the past year, and each experience has left me feeling dismissed and judged rather than supported. I was open and honest during the consultation, but instead of being met with empathy or understanding, I felt her attitude was rude and unprofessional. I have been in contact with the Glow clinic for the past 8 months, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible support provided by Sofia and more recently Lucinda. Both have a warm and caring nature that made it easy to open up and seek support. I highly recommend both, they are not only professional but they genuinely care.
I was reluctant to book here after hearing negative things but my GP recommended I give it a try. So upset and disappointed. I called to rearrange my appointment first thing Monday morning after realising Friday afternoon that I am unable to attend (they do not listen to voicemails apparently) I was told I’d be charged my booking deposit and basically told it was tough luck. Saw three different people at this clinic didn’t find them much help to be honest. Really disappointing as women dealing with postpartum experiences the level of care and support wasn’t great. I received advice and support from a general psychologist from a general clinic else where and it was much better and less expensive.
