Dr. Otto, Rachel, and Elena are all wonderful, professional and caring providers who will make you feel comfortable and taken care of. I've had a number of treatments and have been happy with them all, but especially love Rachel's amazing facials - can't go without one every 5 or 6 weeks! Dr. Otto is also great about honestly telling you what you DON'T need - she is not just trying to sell you on things to make money. I trust the team at Glow!
Update, 12-24-24: Beautiful (and safe) as always. Update, 8-19-24: Dr. Otto is amazing; I trust her very much, from her opinion to her glorious handiwork. Positive experiences with other staff as well. (Previous review, 2023) I just bought a membership, and it’s money well spent!
Such a great experience. First off, beautiful spa. Products are beautifully displayed, seating is comfortable, and very clean. Staff is very sweet and welcoming, even offering me tea! My esthetician was such a peach and so knowledgeable. I will be recommending this place!
