The class is so relaxing and Liz does an incredible job leading it!
I attended a Yomassage class with Liz and Ashley, and I felt completely renewed and refreshed after the session! The combination of gentle yoga poses, massage techniques, and singing bowls allowed me to drift into a serene state where I could fully relax and rejuvenate. I highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking healing and wellness in their lives. I know I will definitely return!
I’ve seen many different massage therapists and Liz is the best and most perfect blend of zen and “let’s resolve this right now”. She knows her stuff. She exudes this beautifully positive and healing energy.
