Joissy is very nice and friendly. However, I’m not sure if I can recommend the aerolase laser. After one reverse and multiple neo elite treatments, the hyperpigmentation on my face has not changed much. After $1300, I was expecting a somewhat noticeable result. There are lots of good reviews on here. Unfortunately, it did not work out that well for me.

Joissy is an amazing tech and such a lovely human!! She truely cares about her clients experience and creates a very calm and relaxing environment. She's also incredibly knowledgeable and it's evident how much pride she takes in her work. She's gone out of her way to check in with me after treatments and is also very accommodating with her schedule. I appreciate that she never tries to heavily push products or upgrades.
