The trainer is amazing, attentive and cares about each person in the class. The people that attend are welcoming, even for beginners. The cost is reasonable, and the support you get with this gym is unbeatable.

Very welcoming environment and everyone encourages one another! So glad I started here and can’t wait to see what the future holds! Jessie is great and makes the classes a great workout with fun mixed in.
