Very welcoming environment and everyone encourages one another! So glad I started here and can’t wait to see what the future holds! Jessie is great and makes the classes a great workout with fun mixed in.
I LOVE attending classes at Glow Fitness!!! Every class I leave, I feel like I got a great workout. It is very challenging and Jessica has modifications that allow you to still be engaged. Try it, you won’t regret it!!
