Popped into get a sheet face mask for my grand daughter and I as we were going to a beauty night after arriving to Burnie for xmas holiday Unfortunately they had sold out. The sales consultant gave me multipile trials, numbered them and advised how to apply etc. I was so stoked. Never have I had such AMAZING service for something that I didn't pay for. Walked in a few weeks ago it's taken this long for me to write this as my experience was utterly confusing. I went in with a pocket full of money ready to spend on Napoleon product, I asked, as there were no other customers if either of the 2 staff working could do my makeup to try some product prior to purchase, not an outrageous request in fact that's exactly what your supposed to do sell me product. I was told no because I hadn't booked and they had to unpack stock delivery...both of you? Whoever was in charge presumably ... read more

These products are truely wonderful. The nicotinamide serum made noticable changes in my skin Plus the eye serum has had a super effect. Too ~ When my order was delayed I was informed by a phone call. How's that?

Good product range for a small store. Staff members don't usually greet or acknowledge you which can make it feel uncomfortable going in there.
