Popped into get a sheet face mask for my grand daughter and I as we were going to a beauty night after arriving to Burnie for xmas holiday Unfortunately they had sold out. The sales consultant gave me multipile trials, numbered them and advised how to apply etc. I was so stoked. Never have I had such AMAZING service for something that I didn't pay for. Walked in a few weeks ago it's taken this long for me to write this as my experience was utterly confusing. I went in with a pocket full of money ready to spend on Napoleon product, I asked, as there were no other customers if either of the 2 staff working could do my makeup to try some product prior to purchase, not an outrageous request in fact that's exactly what your supposed to do sell me product. I was told no because I hadn't booked and they had to unpack stock delivery...both of you? Whoever was in charge presumably ... read more
