I had the most wonderful postpartum massage at Glow Birth & Body with Chardonay. I felt like she really understood the postpartum body and what I needed. The massage targeted specific areas that I didn't even know would be causing me tension and pain. The space was peaceful, calm, relaxing and extremely clean. There is a warmth the glow space that makes you immediately comfortable to receive the support so many postpartum moms need. Highly recommend and cannot wait for my next treatment.
DO NOT GO HERE!. I woke up this morning with morning sickness and have been in bed all day. I called Glow, Birth & Body around 2:30 p.m. when I realized there was zero chance of me feeling better and was told to "wait until they could confirm with the therapist" before cancelling. I finally got a call back at 4:38 p.m. -- my appointment was at 4:30 p.m. -- saying that they could not cancel and I would be charged the full amount. This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had, pregnant or not. I went in hoping for a little hip relief as I’m 9 months pregnant and I got up feeling like a brand new person. This prenatal massage blew me away, the therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive, making sure I was completely comfortable and supported the entire time. The use of pillows and gentle positioning was perfect, and she worked through all the tension in my back, hips, and shoulders with such care. Esperanza was absolutely amazing! Found every spot that was tight or out of place, without me saying anything. The most relaxing and best feeling massage I’ve had. Highly recommend their services.
I've been getting massages with Sara since my second trimester. It has been wonderful. Aside from helping me relieve some serious body tension, she also has a wealth of knowledge on maternal care. As a first time mom, I really enjoy/appreciate bouncing ideas off of her and hearing her advice. My husband also enjoyed the reading materials Sara gave us.
