I went for massages both pre- and post-pregnancy, and they were exactly what I needed each time - deeply relaxing, incredibly restorative, and clearly delivered by someone who really understands the body through every stage of pregnancy and recovery. I wish I had found this place earlier in my pregnancy. It is absolutely worth the trip from Brooklyn to the UWS. It is not easy to find truly great prenatal massage options, especially somewhere that supports you well into the third trimester, up until birth and beyond. That is what makes this place so special. By far the best prenatal massage I’ve ever gotten (and I’ve gotten many!). The atmosphere was so calming, relaxing, clean, and quiet. Chardonay took care of me and was phenomenal. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent at her massaging techniques. She asked all about my health beforehand and took notes. I felt extremely safe with my body and my baby’s health.
