Had an amazing experience with glow bikes on our last day of vacationing in Hilton head. Was a little confusing on how to find the location. No signage was posted, we were so worried we were late. But the ladies showed up and were so kind. It’s been over 20 years since I’ve rode a bike but after figuring it out, it was so fun! Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend doing this when visiting.
Communication is poor. I left two messages over the span of days. Called several times. No one answers the phone. There is not a physical address where you can go and ask questions. We were cancelled on at almost 4 pm for a 7:30 bike ride by email. We did not know so we planned our evening around the ride and showed up to nothing. Then it was too late to book any other bikes. Beware
Bikes looked liked they were rescued from a dumpster. All were old, dented, mismatched, rusted chains, unsturdy shifting bike seats. They appeared unsafe in the daytime. I can't imagine riding in the dark. Very unprofessional appearance.
Monique was the best. A great tour to add to your itinerary.
