I had a terrible experience with Glow Beauty Bar and the owner, Roslind. This morning, I had a medical emergency with my daughter and I immediately start calling the spa even in the midst of the situation my situation. I left to messages with the after hours line and sent a text as I am NEVER one to cancel same day. Do not go here, I went here to get a lash lift and my eyelashes still looked the same when I left. The young lady who did them was very nice, but the lashes did not lift at all. I asked for a refund and the owner refused to give me one and stated they could re do them. Why would I want them redone when they weren’t done properly the first time? $148 down the drain!
I’ve been going to GBB for five years and let me tell you it’s always the best experience! The space is always clean, the team always professional, and the services flawless. In particular, I recently upped my skincare routine by working with Nyah. My skin has gone from zero to hero. Nyah is kind, has great suggestions, and is knowledgeable. I have a monthly membership and I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skin. I love Glow Beauty Bar!
