I booked an appointment but had an emergency. I tried to call office number several times but on one ever answer the phone. I tried to rebook but each time my appointment got cancelled. I finally got this text. Somehow you think you can schedule an appointment and just not show up.. completely wasting the time of the esthetician and the business.
