Absolutely horrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could! Lauren Sundy completely destroyed my wife’s hair, and the way this situation has been handled is absolutely unacceptable. Her hair is now severely damaged and literally falling out. What should have been a professional salon service has turned into an absolute nightmare. Oh and she was charged $380.00 dollars!!!! I had a facial with Alicia here today! My skin looks and feels amazing. She is so kind and the cost was super affordable, while still feeling luxurious. The chair was so comfortable and I left feeling pretty and rejuvenated. 10/10 recommend and facial with Alicia.
