I called today to cancel my appointment that was scheduled for July 1st. I gave them a 5-day notice.. I tried to explain that I was having surgery on July 1st which originally when I made the appointment I had no idea that my surgeon was going to schedule me for surgery. She told me I would lose my $50 deposit regardless of the circumstances.. Note that under no circumstances will you get your $50 deposit back if you cancel. Unfortunately, I will not be back…
