Poor service
Worst ever doctors going to stood outside from 7.30 to make sure get to see doctor asp was told someone will call me today absolutely disgusting service for appointments staff aren't interested in anything at all complete and utter waste of time to try to see a doctor asap sooner die in my sleep than try and get to see a doctor!!!!!!
Website says can book appointments 2 weeks in advance. You can’t. Auto message when you call says no appointments but then if you hang on you’re put in a queue. How many people like me hang up. I finally had to go private for mri scans and need to discuss results. I had them sent over to Gp. Guess what can’t get an appointment and practice manager has said gp may not discuss the results with me cos I went private. Couldn’t make it up. Constantly called “darlin” by receptionist. Been trying to book appt for three days ringing continually from 8:30 message going from surgery is now closed straight to no appointments to all appointments for today have gone , have also set alarm for six am every day to try and get on psyches which always had the medical question greyed out it’s disgusting
