The technicians at Glover & Sons are knowledgeable and efficient, but scheduling and communication are a real weak spot. I called on a Thursday about an HVAC problem and was told a technician would come Monday. No one showed. When I called back, they said it was their mistake & they’d booked me for Thursday instead with a promise to call the next day to squeeze me in. That call never came. Not very clear with communication and did not call before arrival wanted to ask more questions bad experience over all will not be using service again
One of our roof vent caps fell off due to rust and age in the evening, so we called Glover & Son. They have 24/7 response which is great. They came around 8 am the next morning and quickly replaced all five of the old roof vent caps and painted them over as well. We were happy with the results and the rapid response! We also impromptu asked them if they could do a tune-up on our HVAC that same morning after they finished installing our vent caps, and they did that as well. this company installed aosmith 75 gallon hot water system for me on 2023, the pilot light not working after 3 1/2 years, call customer service, they refuse to service ask me to find my own, very bad customer service
