Save yourself a world of aggravation and just go elsewhere! While I truly enjoyed working with Dr. Glover, dealing with her staff is ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT!! The office phones are NEVER answered, so you always have to leave a message, and you do NOT always get a call back, and then heaven forbit there's a problem because the staff is defensive and rude and honestly doesn't care at all about helping you and making things easy. It's all about what's easiest for them. NO THANKS!
Dr. Glover is simply wonderful. She takes the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of my diagnosis and next steps, leaving me with complete understanding and confidence. I never feel rushed; every visit is a personalized and thoughtful experience.
Went gif my annual visit. Was seen within 5 minutes of my appt. Staff was friendly and kind. Dr was very informative. Have no complaints.

I had been going to Dr. Glover's office for a least a decade. I then went on Medicare and my insurance no longer included her office. I went to another office for a year that was covered by Medicare. I have now come back to Dr. Glover's office and gladly pay out of pocket to get their care.

I have never dealt with any business or doctors office with poorer communication and follow through than this office. Receiving follow up on ones medical care is rare at most. I have left multiple messages for a variety of things and have yet to be called back months later.. After setting up a tele conference appointment, I received a text from the office that the doctor would be with me momentarily. It was an hour later that the doctor finally contacted me. I have been seeing Dr. Glover for more than 20 years. I think that says everything about the quality of the service. I feel very comfortable when I am there and she give me a voce in my care. I highly recommend her.
