1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room. Tenant responsible for electricity, cable, internet, phone. Coin-Op washer and dryer on site. It's a first come and first serve. Most of the tenants hog the washing machines and leave the laundry room a mess One Car Assigned Parking By Permit Only Available. Wrong. People have 2 or 3 cars and parking in the tow zones and the company doesn't enforce this. Also most of the cars don't have permits and it's a free for all. No Smoking, No Pets. Eastern ave apartments are horrible. I know have to pay $1725 a month from $1395 6 years ago. The management is horrible. They drag race down route 107 and the trash disposal comes at 4 in the morning making noise. The foreigners get to park and take up as many space as they want even though you are supposed to have 1 space per apartment and they take up all the visitor parking spaces. The trash bin is always overloaded and trash scattered all over the place. Condensation between the window pans and sliders. They refuse to f... read more

One Car Assigned Parking By Permit Only Available? HA! There are tenants with more than 2 cars and they park in the tow zones and in the visitors spaces. Then there are 1/2 the cars without permits. The management sent e mails about this and they haven't done a thing to enforce this. The laundry room is filthy. These are considered luxury apartments? There is mold on the ceilings and condensation between the panes of the windows. The other tenants steal your laundry and mail. Would not recommend living here.

Management is horrible. They don't care about the tenants. Laundry room is disgusting. Let people park in tow away zones and don't enforce it. Tenants are unfriendly and don't speak English. trash all over the place and raise the rent every year and don't renovate the apartments. I had to look through a window and slider with condensation between the windows.

I had a great experience as a tenant with Glover. Ted and Laura were refreshingly honest, pro-active, and supportive of our business. I would highly recommend Glover for any future business looking for a home.
