I called Rod and about 20 other plumbers in the area and everyone was busy. We use a cistern for water and had a water booster pump go out leaving us with NO water. We called the pump supplier and our fault code caused them to recommend pump replacement. Pump was installed by a licensed plumber (now retired) only two years before and supplier stated warranty is no longer in effect. Needless to say we were not happy.
