Not a great experience overall. First time customer and wont be back. Engine parts left loose almost falling off engine when I got the truck home. Truck didnt go into shop when booked, had it for a whole week and made no improvements, performance significantly worse. Very poor communication from the service check in to the mechanics, hard to get a call back on what was happening with accurate information. General manager not interested in making things right.
Great service. 4th time of having to come here and always fast and quick service and they don’t hose you on bill.
Have done business here for many, many years without issue be it service or parts, then new management took over. They were always great - in emergency they could always fit you in and fix the truck ASAP. After the new owner took over I wasn't happy here. I don't recall the details of the first transaction & first experience other than I felt ripped off and not at all happy with their service due to the insane charges and the need for some of the repairs they say they did seemed far fetched.
