I showed up for Maria’s Hot Pilates class this morning at 5 am. It was my first time at Glover and I questioned my sanity when I rolled out of bed at 4:30. As I pulled in there was a sense of excitement as other women were arriving to start their days at Glover! I immediately felt welcome. Maria keeps the lights off for Hot Pilates and there’s a calming black-light - so this not-so-much-a-morning-person felt peaceful and yet energized! The women here have been super welcoming! My mom and I just joined up a few weeks ago and the variety of classes is amazing. Maggie was great in showing me around and the ladies who take care of my toddler in childcare are so patient and kind. They have something for everyone. I love the express classes, a few long ones during the week (Buns n Guns), and yoga on Saturdays. Plus, the soundtracks are fun and occasionally retro!
