Had to go to A&E with husband and was referred to Surgical Ward. Initial wait was no time at all seen in both departments very quickly so cannot fault. My only criticism would be the A&E receptionist who was miserable and did not even raise a smile. I get that at times they have to deal with some horrendous people but don't tar us all with the same brush.

Admitted with tight chest, straight into theatre where a stent was fitted within 2 hours of feeling tightness, avoiding any heart damage and now being released home within 48hrs. Fantastic treatment, care and support from the consultants & all the lovely staff in cardio ward. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience..Special mention for Steve, whom it was a pleasure to meet. Thank you to a great team.

I just wanted to say a big thank to all the staff doctors and nurses in Gloucestershire hospital. I was rushed in on Tuesday afternoon with severe pain! I was dealt with very quickly! And had to have a operation which was done on Wednesday! The doctors and nurses were absolutely amazing! I am now at home recovering! So thank you!
