I was sent an invoice for £300 and on arrival to collect car they asked for £500. They blocked my car in and became aggressive and to quote the exact words of the employee to my wife 'I will smash your face in'. They also charged me £100 for the car being there for 4 days. They said they informed me but they had not. With all due respect, the car was sat in what looked like a scrap yard type parking area with salvage vehicles dumped around it.
