Great, prompt service as always from Gloucester Plumbing and Heating. This is the third time we've used them in six months and the team are always friendly, helpful and quick to do what is needed. Whether it is Dave for the gas safety certificate or Will and Zak and the team who installed the boiler. Always clear when they are coming and always happy with the service. Importantly the office always say when they can't find someone to do what we need, which means no false promises! Would recommend them.

Poor planning, lack of attention to detail and overall lack of respect for our home. Workmanship was OK- nothing special, a little messy.
