I was examined by Paul on 28.6.25. following 2 visits to A&E and one to my Dr. following a fall, 5 x-rays had not revealed any damage to my spine. Paul's opinion was a cracked/broken protuberance to a vertebra which should heal in about 6 weeks. Take it easy and Paracetamol when necessary for pain relief. The cracked vertebra healed in about 8 weeks but I needed follow-up treatment to correct ongoing pain, three visits produced a marked improvement by continuing the exercises the pain should clear up in time.

Paul has been a sympathetic and effective therapist. Four sessions in,and the improvement in my partners condition has been marked. Her pain has been greatly reduced, and she now feels much more confident about the future.

From the initial diagnosis to the treatment, Gloucester Osteopath have been brilliant. I cant recommend Jane enough. I really can't fault all the staff that I have dealt with and I would highly recommend.

I had been struggling with persistent headaches every day for the past six months and felt like I had tried everything without success. I booked an appointment with Paul (which I was able to get within a week—very impressive!) and he truly worked his magic. Within two days of my appointment, my headaches were gone. On the rare occasion I do feel one coming on, it’s so minor compared to before. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone dealing with similar issues.
