I have been a local for over 2 years and love everything about Gloucester except the Doctors. I was over-charged for a long appointment even though Dr was 35 minutes late and was in there for approximate 15 minutes. He did give 20% discount, but still cost $147. The Drs have the choice how much they charge and feel it is all about earning profits than the care of the patient. Gloucester doctors are hopeless. They are inexperienced and don't care about patients. City doctors are better. They have to ask the head doctor what to do.
